Bill Perry & Associates, Inc. was founded by William R. Perry Sr., CFE, 20 year veteran of the New York City Police Department. The idea was to establish and create a new model of effectiveness, efficiency and excellence in an industry where adequate performance is not enough, “The Private Investigation & Security Protection Agency”.
We separate ourselves from other agencies by combining cutting-edge computer tracking and processing technology with aggressive instinct to produce the ultimate end product results.
Bill Perry has lectured several professional organizations, including Busey Bank on Identity Theft, First Community Bank on Identity Theft, Computer Security & Fraud, The Institute of Internal Auditors on Internal Corruption & Security Investigations, and presently working on developing a seminar called Business Ethics. Bill Perry has recently been recognized by I.C.E., a division of Homeland Security for his outstanding diligence and expertise in locating & documenting electronic evidence; which as a result aided in putting away a criminal in a federal prison..Bill Perry is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and a member of or affiliated with the following professional groups: Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Tampa Bay ACFE Chapter, Institute of Internal Auditors, InfraGard (FBI & Private Sector Alliance Organization), American Society of Notaries, S2 Safety & Intelligence Institute, National Rifle Association, SW Florida 10-13 Club (Retired Law Enforcement Organizatioin), Ferternal Order of Polce (Lodge #33).
All of our Investigators are retired New York City Detectives, and some of our security guards are retired law enforcement officers as well. Our extensive experience ensures creative solutions even for the most challenging investigations, and / or Security Details.

Our Security Guards have gone through an extensive background investigation conducted by our own internal investigators. This way we know the investigation has been done right. In addition, our Security Guards are constantly given professional development training, keeping them above the rest.
